Trajectry, an innovative consulting company, is looking for a motivated and talented Project Manager to join its international team and develop a career path in Project Management in the field of driving organizational and cultural change. The role will support our global clients engaged in a corporate innovation program, powered by Trajectry in the following areas: learning expeditions, customized training and workshop, strategic advisory etc.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The key responsibility for this role is to design and execute transformational and educational programs targeted at the middle-to-senior level of management in client organization. The program type includes strategic market expedition, top-to-top business dialogue with local partners, online academy (surrounding digital innovation and market innovation topics) and immersive workshops.
Project Management and Execution
- Ensure the project task is completed in accordance to the briefed timeline, budget, and quality standards while complying with the client’s requests
- Assist in project management to ensure successful project completion and delivery
- Identify potential risks in projects and communicate timely with project manager to develop mitigation plans
- Coordinate with internal and external resources ensuring the client’s requirements and scope are met
Content Production
- Produce the briefing documents, keynotes, recaps, canvas for learning expeditions, workshops and other projects at briefed quality standards
- Conduct market research such as industry use cases and public available data
Partner & Client Relationship Management
- Support in pitch proposals and prepare a tailored offering that meets the client’s demands
- Build and maintain relations with industry network including companies and speakers
- Work and coordinate with industry partners on the preparation of the program sessions
IDEAL PROFILE
- 5+ years of work experience in training, learning & development, change management, program coordination, consulting and/or event management
- Extensive working experience and network in the Fintech ecosystem in Korea
- Previous working experience in bank or major in financial institution
- Korean native and perfect fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Innovative, open-minded and curious about new things
- Demonstrate autonomy, proactivity, and is also a good team player
- A fast learner of cross-industry and cross-expertise knowledge
- Demonstrate a strong business and workplace ethics
- Good interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
- Public speaking and presentation skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills with attention to details
- Resourceful with a keen eye for problem identification and solving
