We are very proud to announce that Alain Crozier, former Chairman & CEO Greater China of Microsoft, joined the Advisory Board of the innovation consulting firm Trajectry.
Alain will bring invaluable experience to the company strategy and to its clients, leveraging a successful international career at Microsoft, with CFO and CIO roles at the Seattle company's headquarters, then President of the French market and finally Chairman & CEO of the Greater China Region for nearly 6 years.
Trajectry will benefit from his deep knowledge of the tech and innovation ecosystems across three continents (Europe, US and China), but also from his extensive experience on digital transformation for large organizations performed both for the Microsoft group and also for its corporate clients.

The arrival of Alain Crozier at the Advisory Board of Trajectry is a new step into the development of the Shanghai-based company, following the spin-off of the EY Fabernovel China operations earlier this year.
The innovation consulting firm has already attracted in its portfolio several industry leaders willing to accelerate their innovation strategy and growth in the region, such as Porsche, Kering, LVMH, Pernod Ricard, Christie’s or Richemont.
About Alain Crozier
Alain Crozier began his career with Peat Marwick Consultants (now KPMG) before moving to Lesieur Alimentaire (ERIDANIA BEGHIN SAY GROUP), where he played a crucial role in the company’s restructuring.
Alain Crozier joined the Microsoft group in 1994 and held various leadership positions for almost 30 years. Former Chairman and CEO of Microsoft Greater China, President of Microsoft France, he was also CFO of Microsoft’s Global Sales, Marketing, Services, and Operations. He has led global and large-scale outsourcing and transformation of Microsoft’s sales, finance, HR, and operations, as well as the repositioning of the China business, around new growth engines: digital natives, go global and global strategic partnerships.
In 2022, Alain Crozier joined Seven2 (ex Apax Partners) as a Senior Advisor in the Tech & Telecom sector with the aim to help create foundations of sustainable growth and accelerate value creation.
Alain Crozier is a graduate of the Institut Supérieur de Gestion and Université Claude Bernard (Lyon).
