Set in the dynamic city of Shenzhen, renowned as a hub of innovation, participants had the opportunity to explore the latest O2O innovations and trends in China, with a focus on the premiumization of Chinese brands.
In partnership with Tencent, we provided exclusive insights into its expansive digital ecosystem. The working session featured an in-depth analysis of Tencent’s advancements in beauty digital marketing, precision marketing, and data utilization.
Participants also learned from best practices and case studies, showcasing how WeChat and WeCom are leveraged as tools for clientelling, CRM, and e-commerce. The program also included a guided tour of the impressive Tencent Binhai Experience Centre, a two-floor showroom demonstrating the company’s technological prowess through projections, holographic imaging, and cloud databases.
In addition, we opened doors to the world’s leading drone company, DJI, headquartered in Shenzhen. Participants explored DJI’s showroom and gained valuable insights into the brand’s rapid global expansion, now commanding 76% of the global market share. The visit also highlighted DJI’s strengthening capabilities in aerial photography and videography following its acquisition of Hasselblad, the iconic Swedish camera manufacturer.
