We were pleased to join the Tech Trek organized by S-Tron China (S创中国) last week.
Our Design Director Vladimir Garnele explained to our guests how to successfully run an MVP projects that can deliver business innovation for startups and corporates.
MVP (Minimum Viable Product) is a mindset focused on quickly validating market needs with minimal resources and time, applicable to both new product development and improvements to existing products. By creating a prototype that meets basic user needs, it enables rapid feedback collection to guide product iterations or decide whether to continue development.
Adding too many features can increase design complexity, raise development and manufacturing costs, delay time-to-market, and elevate the product price. It may also heighten the risk of quality issues. The MVP mindset emphasizes core product value, aiming for a minimal scope, rapid delivery, and high usability. This approach helps teams validate business assumptions efficiently with minimal resources, thereby reducing unnecessary resource waste.
Agility is part of the ingredients used by Trajectry to develop successful projects in China.
